Terms

Last updated: 31 July 2026

The Garden of Mind is a daily practice, not a promise. These terms say what you get, what you pay, and what we do not claim.

1. Who you are dealing with

The Garden of Mind is operated by Toshi Labs, Rue Musin 1, Brussels, Belgium. Company number 1026272272, VAT BE 1026272272, www.toshilabs.be, hello@toshilabs.be.

2. What the service is

A web application in which you write down intentions and tend them with a short daily ritual. It is a tool for focus, habit and reflection.

3. What it is not

It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. We do not promise any outcome in your life, your health or your finances. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor or a qualified professional. The service is for adults only: you must be 18 or older to use it.

4. Free use and Founders access

The daily ritual is free and stays free. Founders access is a one-time payment of €29 including VAT for the first 200 completed purchases; after that the same lifetime access costs €49 including VAT (the price shown at checkout is always the one that applies). Exclusive content added to Pro later — themes, plants, editions — is included for everyone who already has access; Pro is never charged twice. It lifts the limit on the number of intentions and unlocks the zen garden theme, the special plants, Pro shop items and private AI-generated visual frames for the Inner Movie ritual. The written Inner Movie ritual remains available without Pro. The ornaments themselves are still earned with the fruits you grow by tending — Founders access unlocks what you can buy, not the fruits to buy it with. Your garden being stored and reaching every device you sign in on is free for everyone, and always will be. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Image generation includes two versions per intention in any rolling 30-day period and twelve versions per account in any rolling 30-day period. These fair-use limits renew automatically; they protect a one-time lifetime purchase from automated or abusive third-party compute costs and do not limit the written ritual or previously generated images.

"Founders access" means access for as long as we operate the service — it is not a promise that the service will exist forever. If we ever have to shut it down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail where we have your address, and you will be able to export your garden as a file at any time.

5. Your right of withdrawal

Consumers may have a mandatory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, subject to the rules and exceptions that apply where they live. We do not reduce those rights. Separately, we offer every buyer worldwide a full, no-questions-asked refund when requested within 14 days after purchase.

Use the permanently available online withdrawal form or mail hello@toshilabs.be. Access is revoked after a full refund. A refunded Founder keeps their historical Founder number, so a completed purchase never creates artificial new scarcity for a later buyer.

6. Your garden and your content

What you write stays yours. We claim no rights over your intentions. They are stored with us so your garden is there on every device you sign in on — see the privacy page for exactly what that means and how to erase it in one click. Required purchase records remain separately for accounting and refund reconciliation, as explained there. The Export garden option in the menu gives you the whole garden as a file whenever you want one.

7. Our intellectual property

Except for what you write in your garden, the service and its software, visual design, 3D garden, plants, characters, animations, images, video, text and branding belong to Toshi Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose while you follow these terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Except where mandatory law allows it, you may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially reuse the service or its assets, automatically scrape or extract them, or attempt to obtain its source code.

8. Fair use

Please do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, use it to store unlawful content, or resell access. Do not enter medical details, diagnoses, political or religious beliefs, information about sex life or orientation, or identifying information about another person in an intention. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

9. Availability

Generated images are a creative aid and can contain inaccuracies, unwanted details or similarities to other material. Review them before relying on or sharing them. Do not use image generation for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or rights-infringing material, or to depict an identifiable person without permission. We may refuse a generation that a provider cannot safely process; your written scene remains available.

We do our best to keep the garden running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury, or any liability that Belgian consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where we have your address, by e-mail. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Belgian consumers can then contact the independent Consumer Mediation Service; cross-border EU consumers can seek help from their European Consumer Centre. Any dispute may be brought before the court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
