The Garden of Mind is a daily practice, not a promise. These terms say what you get, what you pay, and what we do not claim.
The Garden of Mind is operated by Toshi Labs, Rue Musin 1, Brussels, Belgium. Company number 1026272272, VAT BE 1026272272, www.toshilabs.be, hello@toshilabs.be.
A web application in which you write down intentions and tend them with a short daily ritual. It is a tool for focus, habit and reflection.
It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. We do not promise any outcome in your life, your health or your finances. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor or a qualified professional. You must be 16 or older to use the service.
The daily ritual is free and stays free. Founders access is a one-time payment of €19 including VAT, which lifts the limit on the number of intentions and unlocks the special plants and the exclusive gnome in the garden shop. The ornaments themselves are still earned with the fruits you grow by tending — Founders access unlocks what you can buy, not the fruits to buy it with. Cloud backup is free for everyone. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
"Founders access" means access for as long as we operate the service — it is not a promise that the service will exist forever. If we ever have to shut it down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail where we have your address, and you will be able to export your garden as a file at any time.
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because Founders access is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this ends your right of withdrawal once access has been granted. If you do not give that agreement, delivery waits until the 14 days have passed.
Beyond that, if the product is not what you expected, mail us within 14 days and we will refund you. We would rather have an honest garden than an unhappy payment.
What you write stays yours. We claim no rights over your intentions. By default they never leave your device; see the privacy page for what changes if you switch on backup. You are responsible for keeping your own copy — the Export garden option in the menu exists for exactly that.
Please do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, use it to store unlawful content, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
We do our best to keep the garden running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury, or any liability that Belgian consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where we have your address, by e-mail. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Belgian law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Disputes go to the competent courts of Belgium. As an EU consumer you may also use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
